Keith founded Cruiser Capital and has managed the Cruiser Portfolios since inception. Cruiser Capital Advisors is a value oriented investment firm that makes concentrated investments long and short in public companies the Cruiser partners know well. He has over 25 years of investing experience with an emphasis on applying private equity due diligence to public and private special situations. Prior to Cruiser, Keith co-founded and managed the CARE Capital Group, where he served as Portfolio Manager of the CARE Fund and CARE Market Neutral Fund. Before CARE Capital, Keith co-managed Comvest Venture Partners, a private equity and bridge loan fund, and served as Director of Merchant Banking for Commonwealth Associates. Keith is also the co-founder of PAWSAFE, LLC, a pet health insurance distribution company and serves on the boards of a number of charities including, Hillel International (Board of Governors), and Hatzalah (Israel's private EMT service). Keith serves on the investment committees of Hillel International and advises two family offices on their alternative investment portfolios. Keith graduated cum laude from Yale University.
